They were quick to get to my car, & discovered that I had inadvertently caused the problem. They did not charge me, saying that the didn't charge if they hadn't done any work. I was very pleased & surprised.

I love this place. They are very reputable. Estimates are accurate. Work is always done correctly. They take the time to check tires, fluids, etc. without you having to ask every time. I feel like I never have to worry about my car because these guys do the best possible job of looking after my car for me.

This place doesn't look the best and it has a poor waiting area for customers. But who cares about that when the service is as good as these guys have to offer. When traveling from Nebraska to Jax beach in our 2006 family suburban the crank shaft sensor decided to wear out and this instantly shuts down the motor. I replaced it in transit at an autoparts store. However this was just a bandage because I need to do a crank position relearn program (due to misfire at interstate speeds) but I didn't want to waste the $400 tune I had just put on the engine days before the trip. This was THE ONLY SERVICE CENTER in jax beach area that could do a crank relearn without erasing my tune. It was quick, easy and done right the first time. A++

Too bad there isn't a 6th star! Our Jeep's radiator fan was running all the time, and the overfill tank was empty. All Pro took the time to inspect, test drive, and determine that the fan operates 100% when the A/C is running. They invested time and did not charge for their service. Honest as the day is long! Wouldn't go anywhere else, neither should you!
