I wouldn't even have rated 1 star but I have to in order to ace this review. We went there to get car serviced and spent over $400. Part of the service was to patch a tire, well that patch didn't hold and the next day the air pressure was gone again and when brought back the guy said take it somewhere else I do t have time to do it. He was very very rude and did not seem to appreciate the fact we just spent $400 with his company. I will never go back nor recommend this company to anyone
The Tech that help with airing up your tire was the only guy here. Other staff were at lunch or on a test drive. He stated he did not have time RIGHT NOW to take care of the tire. After your girl friend DEMANDED the tire be repaired under WARRANTY and right now, Tech suggested take it to a tire shop to get it repaired quickly (Bigger staff, focus on tires) it is unknown if is has a new leak or the repair did not hold. Several months after the original repair, yes, you might have run something else over. As the tech is quietly airing up the tire, out of nowhere your girl friend states "I don't like you attitude, just air it up and we will go somewhere else". If you would like to drop the car off to have the leak checked, great. We are honest, and if it is the same leak, we will take care of it. I welcome all reviews good and bad, but I ask that you be honest about it next time. I might also mention, we have a policy about abusive customers, I will not have my staff treated like that.
