brought an f150 in for a front end alignment after i had installed a leveling kit. when i picked up the truck and drove a ways, it was apparent the steering wheel is now 5-10deg to passenger side when going straight. additionally, even though thier alignment fee is consistent with other shops they charged me $19 for 'shop supplies' saying its a standard fee though there are no supplies need to be expended for the job.
Like I said in our phone conversation, I'm sorry you feel that way. But you had hung up before I could get out "All of our work is covered by a 2 year warranty" If you want us to take another look, we would be happy to. But you hung up.
