THE owner was not friendly at all I was told what my jeep needed to be repaired, was given a price to fix it when they took engine apart so they say they found something else wrong and was told it was going to cost more money & was told going have to pay to put engine back together was not told about cost to put back engine together until after i said I was not going let him replace the engine i was charged 858 dollars.

Truly “All Pro”. Polite, timely, and professional service. No excessive, add-on service recommendations. Fortunately, I’m I bike ride away. No appointments, and they text or call you when the jobs done. No comfortable waiting room. I’m a repeat customer.

I wish I could join the others in a good review, but after the second go-around with this business, sadly, I cannot. My first experience was calling and Eric telling me to bring my Son’s truck in for work on that Friday. I called to confirm on Wednesday. We showed up and were told, without apology, “Eric always camps on Good Friday, and I’m too busy…that one’s on him, not me”. Again, didn’t seem fazed that we had worked our schedules around for this. Figured we’d give them the benefit of the doubt, and try them again. Called ahead and was told if we dropped our car the night before, they get our car done first. We did that, and when the next afternoon rolled around and no update - I called. Hadn’t even looked at the car, and told me there were two cars ahead of mine. No apology, just said that they were a first come, first serve garage. That’s not what we were told on the phone. I picked my car up - undone…These people were rude, wasted my time and obviously don’t care about my business. I got the message.

Honest, reasonable and reliable car shop. This is where I bring all of my family vehicles. Eric is always very professional and his staff gets the job done in a timely manner.
