Overcharged, underserved. Went in because my van was overheating. Told them I wasn't sure what it was, but it could possibly be the water pump because the belt was squealing. They told me the next day it was a loose radiator hose. $180 for the repair. I asked them about the belt.. They replaced it. $130 for the repair. Coming home from a gig that night, van was overheating again. Took it in the next morning, was told they weren't sure when they could get to it. Bought a thermostat and gasket from Advance for $30. Changed it myself. Problem solved.

Jeff and the rest of the crew there are top notch professionals. I will be bringing all my vehicles there from now on.

These mechanics are top notch. The service manager and owner/manager are customer focused without compromising the situation with a bunch of bs about the vehicle's probs & what can be done and when. We were in town visiting and needed engine help. You know when you pull in early am before opening and the staff is already on 4 cars, more folks are dropping off, and other shops along the way are half empty...this is the place locals trust. Got our prob fixed and we were back on schedule in a half day. If we lived in Jax, this would be our go-to auto mechanics shop.

I went in for a used car inspection before purchasing it. They did a very good inspection and went over every little thing they found wrong with me. I would definitely take a vehicle there again.
