All Pro is by far the best shop I have been to. I was having trouble finding someone that would work on my 95 Grand Cherokee. They were recommended to me by friend. They were able to fit me in fairly soon. They quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it at a cost.that was very reasonable. They have. Quality management with quality, experienced techs that know what they are doing and are wonderful to deal. It's the only place I will take my cars now.

I came in and they were helpful kind and even checked my tires . There was a very rude customer there only caught his first name "Bob" he wanted all this stuff done on his vehicle for free and and threatened to ruin him on his review. I was there saw the whole thing. This is the only place that didn't try and scam me like most auto shops.... being a woman that means a lot

Eric is real nice until you question any charges. Then he gets rude and insulting. He is dishonest. He intentionally tried to charge me for over 7 hours of labor when he only worked on the car less than 5. I sent him a certified letter. He had to refund me or face court. He paid up! Then he acted like I was the offender, telling me to “never come back”, like I would, LOL! Any estimate given is overestimated for time and, if you accept it, then he charges the estimate amount regardless of the actual time taken to perform the work. I caught him at it, many people don’t! His mechanics are competent, he’s just personally a crook at heart. Take your vehicle somewhere else. Yes, this is posted under a pseudonym, but the experience was too real. You know who I am Eric!

Sept 8th Update… As I promised if you denied I would provide proof of your deception. Following are photos of the facts, clearly stayed in the Certified demand letter. Eric, if you weren’t a crook, why did you refund my money instead of going to court? It’s because you knew you would lose. Then you have someone post about “Bob” to disparage my claim. That is another example of your dishonesty. Anyone reading this can understand the truth. Select lowest reviews and see the pattern.
